When you have questions about our site or want to learn more about our services, you can contact us via:

Through this, we process your personal data so we can communicate with you, for example, answer questions about our services. We only process the information that you provide to us.
We typically process the following general information: name, email, phone number.
Our legal basis for this is GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
We delete our communication with you once it is clear whether you want to use our services or not.
In special cases, there may be a need to store your personal data for a longer period.
Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. Through this, we may process information such as name, address, services, special agreements, payment information, and similar details.
The legal basis for this is GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
When the service is delivered and any outstanding matters are settled, we delete the personal data shortly after.
Newsletter
We offer a newsletter that you may subscribe to voluntarily—and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribers information such as updates, news, or announcements of our services.
We only send emails if you have provided active consent. First, you provide your email address, and then you receive a confirmation email to verify the subscription.
Our legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
We process your personal data as long as you remain subscribed. If no newsletter has been sent for 1 year, your consent expires automatically.
When you unsubscribe, we store your withdrawn consent for 2 years in accordance with the Danish Consumer Ombudsman’s spam guidelines.
SMS
When you subscribe to our SMS service, we collect and securely store your phone number in our systems (Klaviyo). We use your number only to send marketing messages (offers, news, campaigns) and service notifications related to your order. Your data is processed confidentially and only shared with our trusted SMS provider (Klaviyo), with whom we have a data processing agreement. You may exercise your GDPR rights at any time. You can unsubscribe by replying STOP to one of our messages.
Accounting
We must store accounting documents according to the Danish Bookkeeping Act, which includes invoices and similar records that may contain personal data such as name, address, and service descriptions.
Our legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(c).
We store this information for at least 5 years after the end of the current financial year.
